At Techna Paintball, I do my best to get your orders out as quickly as possible! Since it's just me handling everything—from crafting to packing and shipping—please allow a little extra time for processing.

Processing Time

• Orders typically ship within 2 Business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Custom or handmade items may take longer, but I'll keep you updated!

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
• Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier.
• Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Delays & Issues

• While I strive to ship orders ASAP, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, supply chain issues, or carrier delays.
• If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to info@technapaintball.com, and I’ll do my best to help!

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. Please check with your local carrier for any delivery issues.
• If your package arrives damaged, contact me within 5 with photos, and I’ll work on a resolution.
